A multi-brand shoe store Mania Grandiosa has opened in St. Petersburg

Shoe discount for shoes of premium and medium plus brands Mania Grandiosa became the fifth store in St. Petersburg. It opened in the shopping gallery of the Outlet Capitol shopping center. The total area of the multi-brand shoe store was 96 sq. m

The outlet offers shoes and accessories from such brands as Chloe, Converse, Fabi, Gianmarco Lorenzi, Jil Sander, Michael Kors, Nando Muzi, Pakerson, Roberto Botticelli and others.

Mania Grandiosa has been operating in the St. Petersburg market for over 15 years. According to Colliers International, in 2018 the share of fashion operators in classic shopping centers in St. Petersburg was about 40% (in terms of occupied space), which is 15% more compared to 2017. The increase in the share of fashion retailers occurred against the backdrop of a decrease in the total volume of lease transactions, which experts explain by the low vacancy of space in the city's shopping centers.

The Capitol Outlet shopping center (GLA - 20 300 sq. M.) Is located in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg at the address: Kolomyazhsky Prospekt, 19 / 2.
