This event is fundamentally different in format from the First Conference, which was successfully held on April 20 2010. For the convenience of participants and speakers, the audience of the Second Conference is divided into two parts: we will conditionally call them, “franchisees” and “franchisers”. The first half of the Conference is two parallel sessions for two different audiences.
