Against the background of well-known foreign policy events and systemic problems of the Russian economy, the state finally began to demonstrate its interest in the development of the domestic fashion industry. This year, the state allocated 250 million rubles for the development of light industry enterprises. The Ministry of Industry and Trade was ready to compensate for 2 / 3 interest on loans for the modernization of capacities and the creation of new industries.
The other day there was news about the establishment of the Russian Fashion Council - the Russian Fashion Chamber, which will have as its goal the development of the fashion industry in the country and its promotion on the world stage, as well as supporting young talents. The Russian Fashion Council plans to work closely with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture. In the same week, it was officially announced that the state was going to allocate 225 million rubles to promote domestic children's goods. Already, there are actually several programs aimed at supporting novice entrepreneurs who are taking their first steps in the fashion industry.
Companies that are new to the fashion business, from the moment of registration of which no more than two years have passed, can count on a little financial support from the Moscow authorities - up to 500 thousand rubles. It is assumed that this amount will cover the costs of purchasing equipment, equipping jobs, renting an office, raw materials. Of course, the money received is not enough for everything, but still better than nothing.
Those who leased equipment for the production of shoes or clothes can receive up to 5 million rubles. The metropolitan government is ready to pay compensation up to 30% of the leasing cost, excluding VAT, provided that the company is registered in Moscow.
The city can pay the same amount as interest to the creditor bank if the company is not connected with trade. Shoe manufacturers - all cards in hand.
The city authorities are ready to allocate up to 300 thousand rubles for participation in industry exhibitions, that is, to cover 70%. Amount from 3 to 6 million rubles can be obtained from the SME venture capital fund established by Promsvyazbank together with Opora Rossii. Business owners up to 35 years with good performance and experience in participating in competitions of young entrepreneurship can break this jackpot.
Let's hope that these are only the initial measures of state support for the domestic fashion business and in the future they will be expanded and will be able to cover other categories of entrepreneurs participating in the market.
