Shoe marking is now required

Since March 1, 2020, the rule on mandatory shoe marking has been in force in Russia - from this date the wholesale and retail sale of unmarked shoes in the country is prohibited, and the transfer of information about production, import, wholesale and retail sales to the marking system is mandatory.

At the same time, the import of goods purchased before March 1, 2020 is possible without marking until April 1, 2020. Whereas the marking of footwear residues produced or purchased before March 1, 2020 is possible until May 1, 2020.
