New Balance sole printed on 3D printer

Sales of the first New Balance sneakers started, the sole of which is fully printed on an 3D printer. A limited edition model called Zante Generate is presented exclusively in the brand’s online store and flagship store in Boston.

“New Balance is a pioneer in the field of 3D printing, because for several years it has been using this tenology to create individual shoes for athletes,” said Robert DeMartini, president and CEO of the brand. “The Zante Generate model demonstrates the power of New Balance design and innovation and allows customers to get involved in the history of sports technology.”
