Named the best luxury shopping malls in Moscow

Malls.Ru have compiled their own rating of the most interesting Moscow shopping complexes of luxury and premium. It is noteworthy that today the capital market accounts for more than half of such facilities throughout Russia.

Top 10 of the best luxury shopping malls in Moscow:

"Seasons". 65 sq.m

Since its opening in 2007, the Vremena Goda Gallery on Kutuzovsky has remained the most iconic luxury goods trade center in Moscow. Constantly updating and supplementing the gallery with new luxury brands, today the shopping complex unites more than 150 world names - first of all, boutiques of clothing and accessories for the whole family, jewelry stores Chaumet, Mercury, Mont Blanc, as well as galleries of furniture, interior items and household goods and even a Porsche sports car showroom. And, unlike most similar projects, Vremena Goda boasts a multiplex and a dozen restaurants with cuisines from all over the world.

"Crocus City Mall". 62 sq.m

Crocus City Mall, also known as Tropical Boutique Paradise, has perhaps the best suite of luxury tenants in Moscow. On an area of 62 square meters, about 000 boutiques are open today, including Lanvin, Prada, Zegna, Celine, Versace and Cavalli. In addition to clothing, footwear and jewelry boutiques, there are luxury manufacturers of interior items, electronics and home accessories. By the way, there is also a showroom for the "desired" cars: in April 200, Lamborghini Moscow opened here.

TSUM. 60 000 sq.m.

The Moscow Central Department Store on Petrovka, while not being a classic shopping center, nevertheless remains one of the main places for the sale of fashionable clothes and luxury shoes. Largely due to its location, the first and main department store in the country attracts tens of thousands of customers every day. TSUM has boutiques of shoes and accessories, as well as corners of more than 1500 brands, including Dolce & Gabbana, Armani Collezioni, Givenchy, John Richmond and other high brands. TSUM also houses a grocery store, perfumery and cosmetics, beauty booths, cafes and restaurants.

GUM. 80 000 sq.m

The oldest trading floor in Moscow, GUM on Red Square, received its current appearance only a few years ago. In 2004, the department store was acquired by Bosco di Ciliegi, one of the largest distributors of luxury brands in Russia. After that, the composition of tenants of the Main Universal Fashionable changed from a mass market to a luxury one. Today the boutiques of Hermes, Burberry, Etro, Escada, Ferragamo, as well as dozens of exclusive Bosco boutiques are opened in GUM. However, while Lacoste and Zara coexist with Moschino and Lancel, the composition of GUM tenants will be renewed for several years. At the same time, Bosco is restoring the traditions of GUM: Gastronome No. 1, GUM-Skating rink, canteen No. 57, Festivalnoe cafe have been opened ... and many projects are still ahead.

"Hymen". 15 sq.m

Gimenei, favorably located on Bolshaya Yakimanka, within the Garden Ring, can offer its customers brands that are not found anywhere else in Moscow. At the same time, the shopping center is focused mainly on win-win classics - Pal Zileri, Max Mara, Santoni, etc. As pleasant bonuses - chamber salons of exquisite accessories for home comfort and a conceptual cafe in hi-tech style.

Lotte Plaza. 23 sq.m

Lotte Plaza, which is part of the multifunctional complex of the same name, is perhaps the youngest and at the same time one of the most successful luxury shopping centers in the center of Moscow. The success of Lotte Plaza is largely due to its excellent location at the intersection of Novinsky and Novy Arbat, as well as to a strong pool of tenants that unites the Crocus and Mercury Group brands. Today, under one roof, Lotte Plaza presents corners Nina Ricci, Ferre and Gucci, which coexist with CK, Diesel and the company of “simpler” brands. At the same time, Lotte Plaza places great emphasis on positioning Luxury & Premium by offering many additional VIP-class shopping services.

"Neglinnaya Plaza". 14 sq.m

Another "debutant" in the market of high-quality shopping centers in Moscow, the Neglinnaya Plaza shopping center on Trubnaya quickly became a must visit site for connoisseurs of premium brands, offering, among other things, interesting brands on an exclusive basis. The company of classic clothing brands consists of jewelry stores, household goods, gifts, as well as a premium grocery store, a beauty studio, a chain restaurant and a coffee shop.

"Spring". 15 sq.m

The luxury trading house "Vesna" on the new Arbat is focused primarily on fashionable shopping. The anchor tenants are the Globus Gourmet grocery store and the large perfumery and cosmetics store Articoli. On three floors of the complex, there are dozens of corners of prestigious brands, mainly classics - Corneliani, Ermanno Scervino, Marina Rinaldi, Barbara Bui, La Perla, etc. As an addition, there are jewelry and gift salons.

Tsvetnoy Central Market. 36 000 sq.m

More of a European-style department store than a classic mall, Tsvetnoy Central Market has become the go-to destination for those "fed up". On an area of 36 square meters on 000 floors dissimilar to each other, a "explosive mixture" was presented here for a more youthful audience - Comme des Garcons, Vivivenne Westwood, Ann Demeulemeester ... There are also quite affordable brands, as well as very few gifts, equipment and beauty items. The top three floors are occupied by restaurants, bars and gastronomic cafes.

"Smolensky Passage". 22 sq.m

Smolensky Passage, which was once occupied by the Kalinka Stockmann department store, has changed a lot since then and today is a gallery of premium brands. Among the most interesting tenants are Ferre, Richmond, Agent Provocateur, which are not easy to find in Moscow, as well as classic clothing and footwear brands, watches, jewelry and business gifts. Another reason to visit Smolensky Passage is a premium grocery store, a conveniently located World Class club and a dance studio. Based on materials from malls.ru.
